The 2021 Assessment Bills (due January 1st and late if not RECEIVED BY January 31st) were mailed on November 6, 2020. If you did NOT receive your statement please contact the management company at 281-480-2563.
Mail or hand deliver check, cashiers check, money order or exact cash to the Management Company. Normal operating hours are M-F 8:30am to 5:00 pm. If dropping outside of business hours, please utilize the mail slot to the right of the door. Payment can also be returned with perforated coupon on original statement and mailed to the P.O. Box listed on the coupon (this goes directly to the bank lockbox).
Electronic payment may be made in the following forms:
a. Pay by eCheck ($0 convenience fee)
b. Pay by Credit Card or Debit Card (2.95% convenience fee paid to processor not the HOA)
(2) Management ID: found on bill
(3) Association ID: found on bill
(4) Your Account Number : found on bill
All of ID/codes can be obtained from your invoice/billing statement. Please call 281-480-2563 if you have any questions. Website is a payment portal only and will not contain your total amount due.
If the form is filled out correctly, your address should automatically populate after entering your Account Number. If it does not, do not proceed and call 281-480-2563.
Boy Scouts Yard Flag Fundraiser:
As we prepare to open the Community Pool, we wanted to take the time to talk about how pool season will look this year. Keeping our residents healthy and safe is of utmost importance to VOCC. We are working on opening the pool on a trial basis, keeping in mind these guidelines from the CDC, the Texas Department of State Health Services, Galveston County Health District and our pool maintenance contractor, Gulf Coast Aquatics.
Pool capacity is limited to 25%. No more than 40 people should be in the facility at any time.
Wash your hands upon entering the pool area, after each restroom break and after touching your face.
Every resident is encouraged to wear a mask when not in the water or when social distancing is not an option (i.e. when using the restroom).
Do not enter the pool area if you or anyone in your household or anyone you’ve been in contact with has been ill or shown signs of COVID-19. You and those you’ve been around must be symptom free for 14 days before entering.
Social distancing of those not in your household is highly encouraged, as recommended by the CDC.
Absolutely no parties allowed.
Furniture will not be provided; you may bring your own chairs but please take them home with you after each visit.
Be aware – the pool facility is cleaned 4 times per week. The entry gate system, doors (and handles), bathrooms, counter tops, hand rails etc. WILL NOT be disinfected between each use.
-In order to use the VOCC HOA Pool Facility, residents MUST complete and return the attached registration/waiver form with payment ($15 for residents who need to reactivate an existing card, $25 for residents needing a new or replacement card). Payment should be made payable to VOCC. Owners can mail in their form and payment (for reactivation only) or stop by the management office during normal business hours. Residents that have already reactivated their pool access card for 2020 will need to complete the new waiver.
-POOL HOURS: CLOSED Monday; open Tuesday through Sunday from 6am to 9pm. Pool facility needs to be exited by 9pm. If caught inside facility outside of pool hours, it could be result in privileges being revoked and/or the police called.
Hike and Bike Trail Rules:
